Billionaire Timothy Mellon alone donated 50 million dollars to Trump's presidential election campaign.
MAGA Inc., a fund that works for Trump, told the Federal Election Commission that it received more than $65 million in donations from various individuals last month.
According to the news agency Reuters, Timothy Mellon, heir to the Pittsburgh-based Mellon banking family, donated $50 million to Trump. Likewise, billionaires Liz and Dick Uilen have donated one million dollars.
According to American media, Mellon gave this donation a day after Trump was found guilty in the New York hush money case.
Mellon has donated $20 million to independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
In the last few weeks, Trump's team has spent more than President Biden in the election campaign with the help of Mellon's donations, according to media reports.
