Geneva. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has said that he is ready for peace talks tomorrow if Russia withdraws from Ukraine's jurisdiction.

"Putin will not end the war and it must be stopped, whether through military action or diplomatic means," Zelensky said at the end of a peace summit hosted by Ukraine in Switzerland.

Earlier, Italy and Germany rejected the conditions set by Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the Ukraine war. Putin made two conditions to stop the war in Ukraine. First, Ukraine will have to withdraw its troops from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye. Second, Ukraine will not join NATO.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has called Russian President Vladimir Putin's peace plan propaganda. German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz has said that this is a "dictator's peace".
