PM Oli forms 22-member cabinet (with list)

 The newly appointed prime minister, deputy prime ministers and ministers have taken oath of office and secrecy.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Deputy Prime Ministers Bishnu Paudel and Prakash Man Singh and other 19 ministers took oath amidst a ceremony held at the Office of the President in Sheetal Niwas a while ago.

After administering oath to Oli, President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to two Deputy Prime Ministers and then to the remaining 19 ministers.

The newly elected ministers will reach their respective ministries and assume office today itself.

President Paudel appointed Oli as the 45th  Prime Minister of Nepal in accordance with Article 76 (2) of the Constitution on Sunday evening.

After taking the oath, Prime Minister Oli has formed a 22-member cabinet.

These are the ministers along with the Prime Minister:

1) KP Sharma Oli – Prime Minister (UML)

2) Prakash Man Singh- Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development (NC)

3) Bishnu Paudel- Deputy Prime Minister and Finance (UML)

4) Prithvi Subba Gurung- Communication and Information Technology (UML)

5) Ramesh Lekhak- Home (NC)

6) Sharat Singh Bhandari- Labor, Employment and Social Security (LSP)

7) Arzu Rana- Foreign Affairs (NC)

8) Pradeep Yadav- Drinking Water (JSP)

9) Balaram Adhikari- Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation (UML)

10) Damodar Bhandari- Industry, Commerce and Supply (UML)

11) Nawal Kishor Sah  - Women, Children and Senior Citizens (JSP)

12) Devendra Dahal- Physical Infrastructure and Transport (UML)

13) Tejulal Chaudhary- Youth and Sports (NC)

14) Pradeep Paudel- Health and population (NC)

15) Ajay Chaurasia- Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs (NC)

16) Badri Pandey – Culture Tourism and Civil Aviation (NC)

17) Ramnath Adhikari- Agriculture (NC)
