August 23 – At least 14 people have lost their lives in a bus accident in Tanahun on Friday.
Shailendra Thapa, Assistant Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force, informed that the bodies of the 14 victims have been recovered from the scene. Several others are missing.
The accident occurred when a bus with Indian number plate plunged into the Marsyangdi River near Aanbookhaireni.
Rescue operation is underway.
